On my contract, we work 80 hours every two weeks. I work a normal 40-hour work week. Some people work 9 hours for 8 days, then one 8-hour day so they can get a regular day off. I'm salaried, but the hourly people get overtime when they go over. I think I get straight time, but overtime for anyone has to be approved and is rare.
