Mar 17, 2019 · Send it as a first class parcel which comes with tracking and delivery confirmation. A first class stamp does not have any tracking. Use any envelope that it fits in. We find size 0 poly bubble mailers work for almost everything that is small in size and they only cost $0.12 - $0.14 each.
