Sep 05, 2014 · The mail comes to the Postal Service and then is delivered to the UPS Store where they put it into their rented boxes. I personally deliver to two UPS stores. They get TUBS of mail. Neither of the two that I deliver to has a parking space for deliver trucks. They should. I also park in the Handicap space to make the delivery.

Sep 28, 2007 · NO. It is not LEGAL for mail trucks (or UPS, or FedEx, or any other delivery truck) to park in, or block access to a fire lane or any other emergency entry/exit, but they do it all the time, and are usually not cited for the violations.
