May 05, 2009 · It depends on the hospital you work for, and it really is hard to find any hospital job as an LPN anymore (especially one that pays well). You typically can't work in labor and delivery but you can work with antepartum patients, putting them on the monitor, giving them their meds, assessing them, etc.
