FedEx does have SmartPost and UPS, SurePost which both deliver to your delivering Post Office for 'last mile' delivery. USPS DOES NOT have any similar type of program with FedEx. The only time FedEx carries USPS packages is when USPS rents space on FedEx airplanes but then they do not handle the individual packages only pallets and cages.
