This is my 3rd pregnancy and 3rd c-section with anemia. I never had any issues with the anemia and my pregnancies. Just had to take an iron pill along with my prenatals. The only affect it had on me, was that i was more tired than but once i started the extra iron i was fine. I never affected my babies and i've never need a blood transfusion.
