The Breakers is stunning! There is so much to see! I downloaded the free "Newport Mansions" app and listened to the tour on my phone -- I highly recommend the app if you’d like to hear all the details about the architecture, furnishings, the Vanderbilt family plus very interesting stories from the staff members that worked there in the 1800s.
