The Botanical Gardens in Oslo are absolutely beautiful and should not be missed. Admission is free, and you can get there from any of the T-bane lines. (Grønland stop, and then just follow the signs!) Walking could take 20-30 minutes from around Oslo S. The gardens were even larger than we expected and were full of plants from all over the place.

A reopening requires extensive security and the important work of maintaining the plant collection must most likely be done outside of opening hours. At least as much as Oslo’s citizens, we are looking forward to being able to reopen the gates of the Botanical Garden as soon as we have a safe solution in place, concludes Stølen.
