The Park does not Allow Swimming. Admission to the park is always Free. Even when the Lighthouse is closed, it is fun strolling through the Park. The Barnegat Light Museum houses the lighthouse lens built in 1847 outside Paris. The museum is in the old Barnegat City one-room schoolhouse at Fifth Street and Central Avenue.
