Barksdale AFB, LA - Gate Hours, Map and Status. Barksdale AFB has four gates. The Main (West) Shreveport Gate and Bodcau (South) Gate are open 24 hours year round. Bossier (North) Gate hours are 0545-1800 year round. The Industrial (East) Gate is open 0545-1800 for commercial vehicles and all outbound traffic, and 0630-0800 M-F only for inbound passenger vehicles; it is closed on holidays.
