Delivery with assembly from the store. all was good except they didn’t deliver the 4th chair of a matching set. We paid for 4, and ikea nor the delivery company made any effort to reimburse us or deliver the 4th chair. Calling IKEA customer service resulted in a deadline for a month - not sure if that’s working now?

Jan 26, 2009 · IKEA stuff doesn't tend to be too heavy, so it's probably not more than a two-person job. Would it be an option to use the delivery service and then get a friend to help you haul it in? Or, depending on the service you use, sometimes I've handed the delivery guy some cash to grab the other end of the boxes and haul it in with me.
