Aug 10, 2011 · Hi, I'm seeing about a 20 minute delay in mail delivery from BES for users on a single Exchange server in my environment which contains 4 separate Exchange servers. No other user on any other Exchange server experiences this delay. It is the most heavily utilized server, but it's not really by that much. I've even tried splitting users out into separate agents, but that did not help the issue.
