Hiya I def wouldn't worry. My second was back to back and I went from 4cm to delivery in 39 minutes unassisted without pain relief. It is a bit more painful than a normal delivery, I found that the pressure was much more in the bum area. The whole labour (before I hit 4 cm) I felt like I needed to sit on the loo and do number two's (sorry TMI).
