Avis-Budget are still using 1980s computers, slowest process - and that creates ENDLESS lines and waiting, awful service. When each customer has to spend 20 min in check in, and 60 customers are waiting in the heat, with only 2 representatives, that's insane. A simple upgrade on online check in would have solved it.
