Weekends are half days unless you're on call. Nights are 6 12s in a row, 7p-7a, unless you're on MICU when it's only 5 nights--but you go back to days 24 hours later so it's basically 72 hours as well. Electives are 40-50hrs and clinic is 35-40hrs (no weekends), but every so often you're stuck covering a weekend night shift.
