I have the same problem. The promised rebates have still not arrived after 6 months. I have spent about 25 hours of my own time trying to get help from AT&T to collect my $100 ( a closer rebate if I subscribe before leaving the store) and $50 (new AT&T DSL customer) rebates. Signed up for DSL service in December 2008 and it is now June 2009.
