Dr. Jim Westwood is a Professor in the School of Plant and Environmental Sciences at Virginia Tech, where his research program focuses on parasitic plants. Jim earned a B.A. from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) and M.S. from the University of Minnesota, then served in the Peace Corps in West Africa before completing a Ph.D. at Purdue University.
