I'm assuming you are talking about the Economy Flex Reward - if so yeah its a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel outside of 24 hours. Note that Air Canada is also allowing one free change on your booking if you do so by December 31st so that might also be an option if you think your travel plans might change.
