Apr 13, 2009 · They attempted to deliver the letter/package and it was denied. For example if I received a letter address to someone else - say the person that lived here before me - I would write UNKNOWN, NO LONGER AT THIS ADDRESS, or RETURN TO SENDER on it and stick it back to the mail.... double check your address, it may have just got delivered incorrectly, I am constantly getting the wrong mail.

Feb 10, 2016 · Not sure if you resolved this issue. It could be a very simple duplicate IP address. However, I have similar issue with Cisco WLC 2504 8.0.121.0 and an apple TV gen 4 which is working on a network with a number of other Apple TV Gen 3 devices.
