Asda & most online stores will deduct £1 from your account then the bill when they process your shopping. The £1 is returned to the account after a period of time as it is not processed by the retailer. If asda didnt take your money thats their fault. They are meant to put it through the till before delivery.

I agree with other Asda customers the customer service is awful. I am sure that they are trained to be rude and difficult. I have had cause to complain about all Asda services from grocery delivery, attitude and check out staff who chat to others when they are suppose to be checking out your shopping. Yet another complaint today.
