Delivery is SO TERRIBLE. Sales are suffering because of delivery issues, but the sales goals continue to climb, setting employees up for failure. Even if you make a great sale and establish a great relationship at time of purchase, it is all destroyed by the bad delivery service, causing the client to cancel orders, which lowers your commission.2.8/5(382)

Jul 27, 2019 · I would rate the USPS as far superior than Arhaus. Arhaus delivery...get your act together and actually show empathy for your customers and their delivery of goods.
