Jun 07, 2018 · Tip in Cash whenever possible. (Or, add a 5% tip in the app and then add 10% at the door.) It’s that simple. If you can pay a 10% premium on grocery prices and pay a company like Instacart and Shipt for the ability to do so, then adding a 10-25% tip should not be very hard.

Feb 11, 2019 · Tip no less than 5 dollars, and at least 10%. Shoppers do a lot more than waitresses… including delivery using their own gas money. Also, please rate them 5 stars (they get a small bonus for that from corporate).

Oct 16, 2019 · By default, a 5% tip is suggested at checkout, with a minimum suggestion of $2 per individual store delivery. Can Instacart Shoppers See the Tip? No. So if you wanted to tip cash or want to tip after delivery, when a shopper receives your order, your order would seem like a low payout and they don’t know you intend to tip later.
