Feb 24, 2018 · I informed the buyer that we have to ship to the address provided, and it is against Amazon policy to send it to another address. AM I WRONG? From Amazon policy: but you should not ship to another address if they ask you to. For reasons of account security, we cannot permit buyers to change their shipping addresses after an order is placed.
