The units arrived mid morning on the designated day and the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. The units were packed very well and the boxes unmarked. Having tested the units, and in light of the service I received from Aircon247 I would have no reservations in recommending Aircon247 to anyone wanting to purchase portable aircon units.

In summary, this was not a simple transaction but the mistakes were quickly rectified and I was kept fully informed. Because the delivery was a day late and the fact that I couldn't contact Aircon247 direct has cost them a star from this review. However, the customer service deserves 11/10!! Keep cool ;-)
