When I manually add a delivery address to the PO line the address number is held in the field EKPO-ADRNR. This can then be used as the key in the ADRC table . The key ME02 (delivery address by order) will be found against the ADRC record.

One is Plant address and one is delivery address. For plant address, I just fetch the WERKS from EKPO table based on PO number and then use t001 for getting the plant address.

At the header level, you can also do as you suggested, you can make a new account group for vendor, and then make each new delivery address as this new business partner--but it is alot of work.
