Had a fantastic time here and enjoyed Second beach. Only charge here was the $10 weekday parking charge. As you drive over to this area of a Rhode Island there is Easton's (1st beach) Sachuest (2nd) and 3rd beach (don't remember the name). Easton's is very busy. We drove by here and decided to keep driving. Sachuest seemed less busy.
