My question is - Would a safe dosage of Adderall 20mg IR, be 7 times in a waking 24 hour period? I'm prescribed 4 a day. 5am 9am 1pm 5pm Then i sleep. I only binge on adderall once a month when I get my prescription. I will start by taking 10 30 mg pills (300mg) and about four hours later I would take another seven 30 mg pills ( 210mg).
