My Exchange Server sometimes fail to send a 250 2.6.0 Queued mail for delivery response, which in turn keeps the connecting side from sending a RSET, which keeps Exchange from sending a 250 2.0.0 Resetting. The message gets delivered but the connecting script never hangs up causing it to report that the message wasn't sent.
