A decent zoo about 20-30 minutes drive from KK city centre, open daily from 9.30am-5.30pm. No transportation issue since Uber & Grab cars are available throughout KK, even in this remote area. Entrance fee RM10 for Malaysians, RM20 for foreigners. No eateries inside the zoo but there are food stalls outside at the car park.

Open at 9:30 in the morning! We are stepping in at the opening time to feed the Malay bear at 10 o'clock and feed the tiger at 10:15! The animal show at 11 o’clock is worth seeing! Children can touch snakes, feed parrots and lizards with their own eyes. The entire zoo is not big. We played for 2 and a half hours.
