Granby Zoo is very large, the display areas were not quite as nice as I was expecting for a zoo that size. Many areas were being cleaned when we visited (on a friday morning). There is a water park with a tube ride, wave pool, childrens pool, and water works.

The Toronto Zoo reviews were saying it was really spaced out, not enough animals and you couldn't really see the animals because they were so far away. If you go to the Granby Zoo, I would also recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express in St.Hyacinthe - 34km away from the zoo. We stayed in a king executive suit for only 142$/night.

Where can you visit an amusement park, aquarium, petting zoo, real zoo with bears, flamingos, hippos and many many more animals, there were animals I did not know that existed. And also a water park. I had such a blast with my kids, until they pushed me into the waterfalls on the lazy river, but then they were just being kids.
