It means that it can be assembled (or better to say inflated) for just 20 minutes. Then, of course, you have to fill it with water and to heat it but, again, for 20 minutes you have a float tank in your house! To compare it to the tent, it assembles for an hour. But because most people don't think very much, they stay dependent. It is a much easier path. You first off chose to buy a Zen tent, which is the poor mans excuse for a float tank.
