With the news of Zanze closing its retail location, I've been searching the web for any copycat recipes. From this Eater article and this SF Gate article, Zanze only uses whole milk, eggs, sugar, and cream cheese (read a comment on Yelp that said he uses Philadelphia cream cheese specifically).No flour or butter, not sure if he adds anything else not mentioned in the article.
