Apr 20, 2012 · Interesting this, I ordered Jackie brown on BD from zavvi cause it was so cheap but ended up waiting about 3 weeks until a got sent a replacement after complaining. Customer service where excellent resolving the problem though, i got it pretty quick after the complaint was made.

May 05, 2012 · the issue ISN'T the delivery time - it's the long delay before they even post the title you've ordered. If I compare with HMV then HMV usually ship the same day or the next day. Big difference between then and the whole The Hut/Zavvi/Sendit group.

May 14, 2012 · Zavvi emailed me on the 3rd May to say there was a problem with dispatching the order, and they hoped to have it resolved soon. I checked stock availability, and it was still listed as 'In Stock.' I emailed customer service to ask why it hadn't been despatched when they have it in stock?
