Yinzburgh BBQ had some of the best BBQ I have had, but it was the friendliness of the owner that really captured our attention. The place itself is modest, and one would think "Take-Out", but we're glad we stayed. The owner initially handed us each a spoon and took us on a descriptive (and geographical) BBQ sauce tour, after which we ordered.

Excellent!. Tonight, after three days of my boyfriend begging to get barbecue, we caved and headed to YinzBurgh BBQ for the first time. We read rave reviews and loved that they are vegan friendly, it was definitely worth the trip from Carnegie. From the second we walked in, we had amazing service.

Mission. We serve traditional Southern-Style Barbecue! We don't slather on store bought sauce and cook it on a grill. Instead, the products are rubbed with our own special spice mixtures, then smoked low & slow over hard wood until they're moist and melt in your mouth tender. When we serve our BBQ we still don't put the sauce on.
