Yank Sing is the best, freshest, most unique and tastiest Dim Sum I've ever had. Don't let the prices put you off -- it's truly worth every penny! Also, it's not located in Chinatown but in the Wharf area, in a building that from the outside doesn't look like it would house a restaurant.
