Bad delivery. Parcel and item damaged upon delivery. They used some tape to seal the package but looked suspicious as both parcel and item was opened. A bit scared that the package has been mishandled, especially with the coronavirus flying around. Won't recommend Yodel at all!4.2/5

Since then it's been slow. It's now on number 64 delivery and hasn't moved for about 30 mins, and it's 7:30pm. At the rate the driver has been going it will arrive by midnight at the earliest. I know Yodel are considered poor delivery service, but I had no choice but to use them. What are your opinions on them?

Dec 12, 2017 · The poor service even led to the creation of a website named “Yodel Hell” which documents the company’s worst offences. Recently, Yodel made the news yet again for more delivery driver shenanigans. These included dumping a parcel over a fence and shattering the contents, as well as carelessly trying to throw a parcel onto a balcony.
