They missed the third delivery, citing that they couldn't find the house. Item went back to the sender despite there being two different shops within a minute of my house which it could have been dropped to. I've started refusing delivery from anyone on ebay who says they'll use hermes.

Bad delivery. Parcel and item damaged upon delivery. They used some tape to seal the package but looked suspicious as both parcel and item was opened. A bit scared that the package has been mishandled, especially with the coronavirus flying around. Won't recommend Yodel at all!4.2/5

Yodel tracking is worthless in my experience. Ive had parcels delivered to another address according to the tracking then its been returned to the depot! Ive a great screenshot of their tracking but cant for the life of me upload it onto here for some reason.

Apr 04, 2012 · I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited around on Tuesday too, though was somewhat perturbed that the tracking didn’t budge from “Parcel returned to delivery depot – 26/03/12”. Frustratingly as of the morning of the 04/04/12 this hasn’t budged.
