got a notification of delivery and waited, time came and went nothing. had to chase the sender to contact XDP Express as they want to charge you to talk to them. Had to wait a week before I got another your consignment will be delivered notification, was hopeful but the time came and went.

Where to start I was contacted by phone on the Friday pm to ask if delivery could be made on the Monday which I had to decline as both my wife and I where working, Monday morning I had a phone call from delivery driver to ask whereabouts on the street we were, I had to explain that no one was in. May 13, 2019 · Also I had no update on my next day of delivery. So I called Customer service number of XDP on 09/02/19 and spent 1:17 hrs waiting in the queue and when I was next on the queue customer service hang up on me. So I had £25 extra on mobile monthly charge. Delivery was made on 11/02/2019 without not even an apologies note.1/5

XPD Delivery Service, The tracking system that is offered by the company is amazing and very detailed allowing you to know when your parcel is going to arrive and any updates if needed. I've had parcels delivered by XDP multiple times already and the driver has been on time with the estimate time but also very friendly when delivering the parcel.
