Wulai Old Street is rather short, I think just 100metres long, but there are several goodies to enjoy in this aboriginal town. 1. Taiwanese sausage - there are two stores and both are located near the end of the street, just before the second bridge. 'Yue Qiu' which means 'Moon' is the one that created the first Taiwanese sausage.

Hi...my apology for the very late reply...you have might the answers that you are looking for but if not, here's some information that you might find useful: Opening hours: weekdays: 9:30 – 17:00 Weekends: 09:30 – 17:30. The gondola ride costs 250NT$. The weather in October is between 22-26 degree celcius.
