9/11 Memorial Museum The National 9/11 Memorial Museum is located within the archaeological heart of the original WTC site. The Museum serves as the country’s principal institution concerned with exploring the historic implications of that tragic date, through state-of-the-art multimedia exhibits, archives and monumental artifacts.

The 9/11 Memorial is free and open to the public seven days a week, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Museum tickets can be purchased up to six months in advance and include entry to all available exhibitions. Last admission is 90 minutes prior to closing.

Our guided tour is 90 minutes. You can also add on a visit to the 9/11 Museum, which takes about two hours, and the One World Observatory at Freedom Tower, which takes about an hour. Please note, if you have booked our 2pm guided tour with Museum access, your Museum visit will be limited to 90 minutes because of the 5pm closing time.
