24 August 2006 at 12:42PM. I'm struggling to see though what is stopping anyone working, say 10 hours a week for £10 an hour but telling Tax Cred you work 16 hours a week for £6 an hour. Your P60 will still be the same, and you'll get the Working Tax Credits. They couldn't.
