Your comment that it shuts down every 1 h and 54 minutes, even if it's been shutdown shortly before suggests that there is something that executes every 2 hours (or so) and is scheduled using the clock. Have a look in the Scheduled Tasks folder. You may have something scheduled to run every 2 hours.
