The tour inside the cave lasts about an hour, and you get to see boxwork and many other interesting and very cool cave features. Our kids, 8, 5, and 2, were very impressed with it all, and each of them kept telling me to take pictures of various formations. The path inside the cave is paved and fairly easy to navigate.

The name "Cave of the Winds" is a bit deceiving. In the 1800's there was a rock overhang --or a cave like structure-- that allowed people to stand under the Falls. The Cave collapsed in the early 1900's but the name stuck.
