Wincup has great bones, has employees that have been there for 30 years so obviously something has been done right. The hours are cool because they pay you for lunch & breaks, instead of a technical 9 hour day it is an 8 hour day with paid lunch.

The "regular" schedule is that you work 36 hours (3 days) one week and 48 hours (4 days) the next week, flip-flopping every other week. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc. For the whole 12-hours, you get two 20-minute breaks (usually about 9am and 3pm approximately) and a 30-minute break around noon or so for lunch.
