Wilkins Research is only good if someone is in need of a paycheck with somewhat good hours. Otherwise, management is abusive by way of endless reviews set to job performance standards that unrealistic in light of surveyed former hospital patients having recently endured, at times, major surgeries.

The hours are very flexible. Management is great and they seem to really listen. Cons. The work, while not difficult, is tedious and dealing with rude people on the phone can be emotionally and mentally exhausting. The pay isnt great and theres no opportunity for advancement. The benefits are ok but not great.
