The lobby of Whitehaven Welcome Center which includes the bathrooms, vending machines, KY State Maps, and brochures is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Department of Travel and Tourism office is staffed 8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Saturday. Tours are given 2:00 - 4:00 provided there is adequate staffing. I hope this helps!
