If you schedule downloads then you simply push the scheduler program back two hours and as a bonus the new off-peak times also gain you another hour every day, or 7 hours a week, or on average 30 hours a month. Even on the slowest plans an extra 30 hours a month stacks up quota wise! Will off peak go back to 12am start? Possibly 12am-10am?
