The observation deck has been closed for 2 years. Not worth a visit. The receptionist said the website had not been updated. He referred us to the Wells Fargo building but they don’t have an observation deck either.

Best view in Houston when Dynegy was there! Wells Fargo has their Sky Lobby is still open to the public. You only get a view of east and south, though. Wedge tower (louisiana/clay)has a bar/restaurant on the 43rd floor with an observation deck. been a few years since I've been there.
