This hospital definitely needs to go! I've lived in welland for 35 years and when it used to take my children the doctors and nurses were amazing. The treatment I had today and seen given to the elderly patients was appalling. The er room was empty and dark but all 7 people were kept waiting for hours, I was there 5 and others much longer.
