Seafood Manager (Former Employee) - Hillsborough, NJ - May 15, 2021. Weis does try to promote its associates before it looks for people off the street, however, the management at my store is extremely unappreciative of the associates it does have. They have a hard time keeping staff and hiring staff over the age of 18 due to the unfair pay.
